School Curriculum
Busy Bees Foundation School is implementing the Rwanda National Curriculum for primary education. Hence, we teach all subjects prescribed by the Competence Based Curriculum (CBC) namely Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, English, Kinyarwanda, French, Physical Education and Creative Performance. Besides, we have a wide range of co-curricular programs such as clubs, debates, traditional dancing and talents show. However, it is important to mention that Busy Bees Foundation School strives for language excellence.
In this perspective, the school has adopted a language approach that uses French as a medium of instruction from the nursery section to primary two, whereas English takes over as a medium of instruction in primary three and upper primary classes. We also foster interschool exchange and study trips to help our learners get exposure to what takes place in other schools and real life at large.
