Education tour is very important both to pupils and teachers. It is a tool for reinforcement, engagement, socialization, exposure, curiosity and retention.
Education trip to Huye
On 9th June 2024, pupils visited the Rwanda Cultural Heritage Academy Ethnographic Museum in Huye District. The educational trip was enjoyable and enriching. They had the opportunity to explore various exhibits showcasing Rwandan culture, history, and the lifestyle of the country's ancient inhabitants. The pupils were particularly fascinated by traditional artifacts, clothing, and tools. Additionally, they participated in interactive sessions where they learned about ancient Rwandan traditions, dances, and music. The visit provided them with a deeper understanding and appreciation of their heritage.
Education trip to Nyandugu Eco-park
On 7th June 2024, the nursery section and low primary section visited the Nyandungu Eco-Park in Gasabo District. The children had a wonderful time exploring the park, where they had the opportunity to see various types of trees and birds. They enjoyed the serene environment and participated in fun, nature-based activities. The trip was both educational and enjoyable, fostering a greater appreciation for nature among the young pupils.
